Product Description The RISEPRO decibel meter is a portable and easy-to-use instrument for measuring, monitoring, and controlling sound quality in various environments such as offices, homes, schools, traffic areas, audio systems, and construction sites.

Troubleshootings:

1. Why won't the meter power up when I press the ON/OFF button? Ans.: Please try using a different 9V Alkaline battery and attempt to power it on again.

2. The backlight function is not working. What should I do? Ans.: Press and hold the HOLD button for 3 seconds until the backlight turns on. Press and hold the HOLD button for 3 seconds again to turn it off.

3. Does this meter measure both type A and C weighting? Ans.: No, it only measures type A frequency weighting.

4. Can it measure sounds outside the 30-130dB range? Ans.: No, it can only measure sounds within the 30-130dB range. It will display "OL" for out-of-range indications.

5. How accurate is this meter? Ans.: This meter has been produced and pre-calibrated to a highly accurate level. It can achieve an accuracy of +/-1.5dB under reference conditions.
